How is pricing determined?
Request a tailored proposal. Processing fees, reserves, settlement timelines and any other charges must be confirmed in your written merchant agreement.

How does a rolling reserve work?
The commercial presentation describes a reserve from 0% to 15% with 60-day retention. The applicable rate, release conditions and any exceptions are set out in your agreement.
Can I request a personal IBAN?
Business and personal IBAN requests are reviewed separately. Account holder identity, country, provider acceptance, account ownership, currencies and limits must be confirmed.
Are all displayed payment methods available to every merchant?
No. The catalogue describes options in the commercial presentation. Availability depends on country, industry, provider and merchant approval. Logos and names do not imply a partnership, certification or universal availability.
